Over the last 15 months we, like many business, have had to adapt to employees working remotely and flexibly to help maintain our service to clients throughout the pandemic.

Using our systems in new ways, and adapting to the new challenges has highlighted to us that we need to increase our IT capability to maintain future security and stability on our systems.

Therefore in July dhpayroll will be upgrading our systems to increase speed and reliability of our computers and telephone line services to make sure we continue to maintain our high level of service for all our clients going forward.

The upgrade has been scheduled week beginning the 19th July 2021 and we are allowing for a week of minor disruption to our current systems to allow for the improvements to be installed.

We anticipate that we will need to offer reduced telephone service during this period, and therefore are planning to temporarily adjust telephone times to 10am to 2pm for this week only.

We also anticipate that during the upgrade period our three day turnaround time may be affected.  Therefore during July we would encourage all clients to try to send in their payrolls as early as possible and to allow us an extra few days on our turnaround time.

We will endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum, as we appreciate this is an inconvenience to our clients, but hope that in the long term benefits will be worth the small disruption.
