If you use our payroll services we:
- Set up or transfer your payroll scheme
- Ensure that your employees are paid correctly and on time
- Make the necessary statutory deductions from your employees pay (e.g. Tax and National Insurance)
- Set up and Manage your Auto Enrolment Pension
- Make all submissions to HMRC on your behalf and deal with any employer queries
- Provide you with online or paper payslips
- Provide payroll reports to confirm payment amounts to employees, HMRC, pension and any other provider
- Advise you of all payments that need to be made to your employees, HMRC, your pension provider and any other party.
- We work to your instructions. You supply us with the facts and figures needed.
- We can change forms/information to suit your needs. If necessary we can amend time sheets to suit your particular requirements.
- You control your money. We cannot access your funds – all employees are paid by you.
- We are not involved with your funding. Your direct payment monies will continue to come to you from your funding agent.
