Royal Mail Postal Strikes
The Communication Workers Union (CWU) members are taking strike action over October, November and December that will affect all our clients that have opted to receive their payrolls by post.
The strike action will cause significant disruption to the postal service. During this period, it is advised that clients allow extra time to receive their documents and send in their payrolls early.
We expect the strike action to significantly impact the November payroll post and advise clients to send in payroll changes 5 days earlier than the normal cut off dates to compensate for the delay in receiving the post.
Due to GDPR, we are unable to provide clients with payroll information via email or over the telephone, so if you are still concerned about receiving your payroll on time, please sign up for our online portal PaySAFE.
The current planned strikes dates are:
Tuesday 15th November
Wednesday 16th November
Wednesday 23rd November
Thursday 24th November
Friday 25th November
Tuesday 29th November
Wednesday 30th November
Thursday 1st December
Friday 2nd December
