Work to your instructions. You supply us with the facts and figures needed and we make the necessary statutory deductions from your employees pay (e.g. Tax and National Insurance).
Make all submissions to HMRC on your behalf and deal with any employer queries
Provide you with online payslips and advise you of all payments that need to be made to your employees, HMRC, your pension provider and any other party.
You control your money. We cannot access your funds – all employees are paid by you. We are not involved with your funding.
Register you with the HMRC as a new employer (if you don’t already employ people).
Receive your funds from your local authority which will be held in our separate client Account.
Calculate all Tax and NI contributions on behalf of you and your staff and make payments to HM Revenue and Customs as required.
Provide payslips to your Employees and make payments to then as required.
We can provide a managed account facility, which enables us to make all of your payments on your behalf.
We will send you quarterly updates on your balance.
Let you know if you are over or underspending (we do not allow accounts to go into arrears).
